- Any questions about the rules (server and website, misunderstanding of the rules, suggestions for change, ..)
- Questions about losses / fraud
- Reporting players violating server / web rules

To this section doesn't belongs

- Ban appeals, caplaints against an administrators, frauds, losses. There is ticket system for this reason (CLICK).
- Bug reports, enter them in this section only if you are not sure if it is a server error
