[FRAUD] – RULES & INFORMATION (Translated)

 - It is not necessary to provide evidence to support your claim if the relevant information can be found in the log. However, if you wish to ensure the matter is resolved as quickly as possible, we recommend that you provide evidence. - If the circumstances of the fraud are unclear, or if sufficient evidence is not provided, the matter may not be resolved. - We accept no liability whatsoever for transactions that were arranged and agreed upon outside SuperPařba’s communication channels, i.e. Skype, Discord, Facebook, etc., and we will not deal with them! If all evidence is provided (without any alterations), the fraud case may be investigated, provided the chief administrator deems the evidence valid and satisfactory. - The player who defrauded you will be punished in accordance with the fraud policy. - If cheating is proven, your assets or part of your assets on your game account may be deleted. - If two attempts at cheating or instances of cheating are proven, you will be given a permanent ban, regardless of any other penalties you may have. - Cases of cheating can be dealt with by any rank-and-file Administrator. [ ! ] In the event of any uncertainty, questions or issues regarding cheating, please contact the Administrators or the Head, who will always clarify the situation for you as quickly as possible.  - You can report a scam here -CLICK. Once you have successfully submitted your fraud report, one of the administrators will reply to the relevant thread, which you can find HERE. If the fraud is confirmed and you are entitled to a refund, you have 14 days to contact one of the fraud administrators on the server regarding the refund. If you do not contact the fraud moderators yourself, you may lose your right to a refund.  Rule No. 1 It is forbidden to cheat other players. Rule No. 2 Attempting to cheat a player is prohibited. Rule No. 3 Complicity in cheating a player is prohibited. Rule No. 4 It is forbidden to deceive the fraud administrator (falsifying evidence, deliberate concealment, etc.). Rule No. 5 It is forbidden to set up a gang or company named after a vehicle, property, etc... Rule No. 6 If you are defrauded, you are obliged to submit a claim in accordance with the template, providing truthful information and all the details necessary to resolve the fraud, within 48 hours of being defrauded. Rule No. 7 You are obliged to trade solely in in-game items (/auction, /sellcar, /sellcredit, etc.). [ ! ] The rules may be amended and updated at any time without notice, so please check this section regularly! Ignorance of these rules will not be taken into account in the event of an unban request.  - It is at your own risk to grant privileges to players you do not fully trust; we accept no liability for any subsequent theft of money or unusual amounts of ammunition from your gang, house or company, but any player who deceives you in this way will be punished! This also applies to the deliberate expulsion of multiple players with the aim of harming the crew. - In the event that vehicles or money are stolen from your gang or business, and the fraud administrator determines that you are, for whatever reason, entitled to their return, the items will be returned to the business or gang from which they were stolen. If you no longer own the company or gang, you lose your right to the return of the stolen property. - If you sell a crew, you sell it in its current state. No further changes of any kind will be tolerated, and such behaviour will be classified as fraudulent. (This does not apply to money held within the crew) - If an agreement is reached to grant certain rights within a company/gang (generally a crew) for a specific sum of $$ and, after payment has been made, this is not carried out, such conduct will be classified as fraud and punished in accordance with the applicable schedule! - Under no circumstances are we liable for a vehicle that you have parked in another company or gang and which has subsequently been stolen. The same applies to money that you have deposited in a company or gang. - If a competition is taking place within a company, which has been published in the company newsletter or a regular report, the owner may not sell the company until the competition has ended and the results have been assessed. An exception applies in the event of compensation being paid to company members for losses incurred. When reporting an incident, you must have all the evidence! - If you are bidding on a vehicle at auction, check which vehicle you are buying; if you report fraud to us claiming you were buying an Elegy but actually bid on a Blista Compact, no compensation will be paid to you! For security reasons, use /auctions or /bid [ID] 1! - If you are selling a vehicle (/sellcar), cannabis (/sellcannabis) or credits (/sellcredit) for a pre-agreed amount (this does not apply to advertisements posted in chat), we recommend that you conduct the transaction via private messages. It is your responsibility to check the offer thoroughly before sending it. If the offer sent differs (in a way that is more favourable to you as the seller – a price higher than agreed or a lower quantity of the item being sold), your actions will be deemed to be fraud. - If you are buying a vehicle (/buycar), cannabis (/buymarihuana) or credits (/buykredit) for a pre-agreed amount (this does not apply to adverts placed in the chat), we recommend that you conduct the transaction via private messages (PMs). It is your responsibility to check the offer carefully before accepting it. If the offer sent differs (in your favour as the buyer – a lower price than agreed or a higher quantity of the item being sold), you are obliged to adhere to the previous agreement, notify the seller of the error and pay the difference in accordance with the agreement. If you fail to do so, your actions will be deemed to constitute fraud. - If a player EXPLICITLY writes in the listing or in a PM to you that you should place a bid in the auction (for example, /bid 0 700000) and they tell you that a particular vehicle is up for auction, but upon subsequent verification you discover that they are auctioning a different vehicle to the one stated or a different item, please take a screenshot of the auction and report the player to the fraud team; thank you. - If a player explicitly writes to you “/race xxx, /dm xxx for xxx mega, I’ll let you win”, but then does not let you win, they will be penalised in accordance with the rules. However, you are not entitled to a refund of your $$. - Loans (of vehicles, money, etc.) and hire purchase (of houses, businesses, cars, etc.), as well as the exchange of assets (houses, cars, businesses), are at your own risk!!! The fraud administrator may make an exception if all the necessary evidence to convict the player is provided and punish them. However, you forfeit any right to the return of stolen money or property. - We recommend that you keep evidence of every transaction; whether you trust the trader or not, make sure you keep evidence! This will help ensure a safe transaction or, if fraud occurs, a swift resolution! (Evidence may take the form of a video or uncropped or otherwise unaltered screenshots) - It is your responsibility to make use of all the features available within the mod to prevent theft. (i.e. /auction, /sellcredit, /sellcar...) If you do not use them, your fraud case will still be dealt with, but you will forfeit any right to a refund of the stolen money or property. - Your statement regarding the fraud must include all the key points of the outline, TRUE information and all circumstances relating to the fraud. |
