 These rules apply to the game server with IP: play.superparba.eu:7777 Rule No. 1 Any form of cheating added to the original game is prohibited (cheats, WeaponHack, Cleo, s0beit, mods, vehicle skins, FPS unlockers... + altering identification details). It is also prohibited to play on a mobile phone (SAMP launcher, etc.). If you receive and are found guilty of three bans for cheating, you will be banned for 720 hours, regardless of any other bans you may have. Rule No. 2 Respect the rules laid down by the administrators, provided their actions are appropriate and do not contravene the rules. Rule No. 3 In the chat, you must treat all members (especially administrators) in accordance with the principles of decent behaviour and good manners! You must not use foul language or spam – ‘spam’ also includes persistently begging for property, money, etc. in the chat. You must not be immoral or act unlawfully. It is forbidden to disrupt organised events in any way. It is forbidden to include vulgar expressions in your CEO name. Rule No. 4 It is forbidden to join the server with a vulgar or otherwise inappropriate nickname. It is also forbidden to impersonate long-standing players or administrators of our server in any way. When changing their nickname to a multicoloured one, players must not alter the original form of the nickname. It is also forbidden to change the appearance of a nickname in the SAMP client (upper or lower case). If you wish to change the case of your nickname, use the command (/newnick). Rule No. 5 You are required to report any bugs found in the mod to the designated section of the forum (Bugs/Suggestions for server improvements). Players are required to assist in fixing the bug. Failure to report a bug is a punishable offence. Furthermore, you must not exploit the bug! Rule No. 6 Trading is only permitted using the mod’s features (/auction, /sellcar, etc.). Players must trade in such a way that they cannot be robbed! Rule No. 7 It is forbidden to trade with real money other than by purchasing a premium account on our server (sending text messages for premium benefits on other games, websites, servers, etc.). Rule No. 8 It is strictly forbidden to promote other portals and websites that could compromise the proper functioning of the server, either in terms of security or morality (promotion of competing servers, etc.). Rule No. 9 It is forbidden to overload the server or disrupt its operation. Rule No. 10 Use /report to report rule violations, but do not abuse it; use /cheat in cases of cheating! If an administrator or a member of any of the gangs acts in breach of the portal’s rules, report the offences in the relevant forum sections. Rule No. 11 It is forbidden to attempt to cheat players or administrators in any way. Report any player who has attempted to cheat you via the ‘Create a ticket’ option in the top bar. Rule No. 12 If an administrator discloses internal information about the server’s operations (from the admin chat) to you and you do not report them, you will be penalised. Rule No. 13 Evidence provided by a player from social media (Facebook, Skype, ICQ, etc.) will not be accepted. Only the head administrator may make an exception and accept such evidence! Rule No. 14 It is strictly forbidden to access or damage other players’ accounts; however, if you voluntarily allow anyone to access your account, the administrator will not address any damage caused to it. Rule No. 15 It is forbidden to own property, a business, a gang or a flat with customisable furniture on another account [MULTI ACC]. Rule No. 16 It is forbidden to imitate mod information messages, abuse commands, exploit mod bugs, or encourage players to disconnect from the server (using /q). Rule No. 17 Advertisements and requests belong in /inzerat. (E.g.: “I need a lawyer”, “Looking for a gang”, “Wanted: ...”, “For sale: ...”, “Looking for a member for the CEO...”)]. Rule No. 18 It is forbidden to provide misleading or false information in /advert, /poll, /newspaper, /tent or on billboards. Rule No. 19 Blocking spawn points and obstructing players’ movement is prohibited. Killing on warps and causing any other disruption on warps is also prohibited. Blocking warps/spawn points and their entrances with parked vehicles is also prohibited. Rule No. 20 It is forbidden to set up stalls at spawn points, entrances or pickup points, or to give them inappropriate names (containing advertising, insults, etc.). Rule No. 21 It is not permitted to shoot at a service unit summoned via the /telefon command, or to summon a service unit into the water. Furthermore, it is not permitted to summon a service unit for the purpose of swapping services; you must always make use of the summoned service unit! Rule No. 24 It is forbidden to disconnect immediately after you have broken a server rule and before a penalty has been imposed. Rule No. 25 It is strictly forbidden to tamper with property that you have sold and which has been returned to you following a server error or rollback; breaching this rule will result in you being penalised Rule No. 26 It is forbidden to incite other players to break the rules; such behaviour will be severely punished. Rule No. 27 It is forbidden to have more than one multi-account! If you break this rule, you will be penalised. You may only be logged in to one of your accounts at a time! Rule No. 28 It is forbidden to disrupt or damage SuperPařba in any way (whether on the server, the website or elsewhere). Disruption is understood to mean, for example: constantly provoking arguments, questioning the owner, chief admins, regular admins, etc... Deliberately belittling the status of the owner, chief administrators and regular administrators, etc... Rule No. 29 It is forbidden to abuse or exploit the ESC/F8 keys for personal gain during events such as derbies, colour dashes, turf wars, etc.... Rule No. 30 It is forbidden to be inactive (/AFK) or to be in another virtual world (VW) whilst a property or house is about to be forfeited. It is also forbidden to block access! Rule No. 31 It is forbidden to systematically disrupt and ruin the gaming experience for other players. This rule does not apply to occasional mission disruption or killing. Rule No. 32 Each player may own a maximum of 3 (or 4 with a quest) properties on the server. In cases of prolonged inactivity (extreme cases), it is forbidden to hold properties and valuable houses. These matters are dealt with by the chief administrator or the executor as required. In such, whilst it is prohibited to hold a property owned by another player; furthermore, it is not permitted to hold multiple properties across multiple accounts or to lend a game account to someone else for the purpose of boosting activity. All such offences will be punished by the confiscation of the properties in question and may, where appropriate, result in an individual penalty. Rule No. 33 It is forbidden to constantly use military vehicles and ploughs to spoil other players’ enjoyment of the game. Breaching this rule may result not only in a minor personal penalty but also in the deletion of the vehicle in question. Just because something isn’t in the rules doesn’t necessarily mean it’s allowed! These rules also apply to administrators! The main administrators reserve the right to take any action regarding your gaming account.
