Bugs fixed:

- Fixed an issue with Premium accounts where, if you had WL1, it would put you in prison for 1 minute instead of 30 seconds

- Arresting by aiming: you cannot arrest players inside a vehicle.
- The marijuana cultivation plot is now limited to 5 minutes; after that, you must purchase the plot again.
- Fixed the 24/7 shop pickup.
- If you remain alone in a DM, the DM will automatically end.

- Fixed vehicle locking.
- In tuning shops, you can now repair, fit number plates, etc., to motorbikes and other vehicles.

- Anti-advertising also applies to text entered in dialogue.
- The administrator can specify the CP type during an admin race.
- You can set your spawn point at a company.
- The /prisoners command displays a list of prisoners, including the time they will be in prison and who arrested them.
- When blocking private messages from a specific player, you can also add a reason.
