Hello, a new update has been added
to the server, which many players have been asking for. Race duality. This means that a single race can be run multiple times simultaneously. This eliminates the tedious wait for a race to finish before you can start your own. Thanks to this new feature, gangs are now allowed to challenge themselves to a gang race. Of course, no respect points will be awarded for this race. This will allow gang members to practise racing against each other.

A new command, /e (/event), has been introduced which lists all races you can join at that moment. In practice, /e works in the same way as /race. It is a universal command; in time, ‘Duality’ will also be introduced into DM and Seskok. When you use the command /race [race name] (/e), a dialogue box will appear showing ongoing races with the same name. If you do not specify a name, all available races awaiting the start will be displayed.

This update also fixes the display of race standings, which used to switch off in the old system once the first player crossed the finish line. The race standings will now be displayed right until the very end. At the same time, this fixes a bug where, when a race was restarted, the finishing order was incorrectly calculated for returning competitors.

Up to 64 races can be run simultaneously. A race is automatically cancelled as soon as there are no players left in it (thereby freeing up a slot for another race to be started).
