I’ve tweaked the house system to limit cheating.
I’ll write you a guide on how to do it.

So this is what it looks like when you have a house

Go inside and type /house

At the bottom, select the ‘sell’ option

A window will open where you can enter the price you want to sell your house for

The house is up for sale, but until someone buys it, it still belongs to you – though it will be displayed as if it were for sale

In the list of houses at the town hall, a dash will appear next to your nickname, followed by the words ‘For Sale’

If you’re not online on the server and someone buys your house, the money will automatically be credited to your account.

So never buy houses by private agreement again; just look for which houses are for sale.

Of course, prices are capped in the millions; you can’t sell a house for a billion.

 

The collection fee is $50,000–$100,000 for 24 minutes.
