on 4 July 2013 at 7.00 pm, all houses will be restarted. The restart is taking place for the following reasons

: - House prices will change -
Direct debits will be cancelled -
The house storage system will change (after this restart, it will no longer be possible to add houses)
– A few new houses will be added, which will change the numbers of all houses –
An ordering system will be introduced (food, weapons, cannabis and possibly other items in time)

House prices will be as follows:

Huge houses (mostly in Vinewood) will cost 50–60 mega
; two-storey houses (mostly in the north of LV) will cost 30–40 mega
; medium-sized single-storey houses will cost 10–20 mega
; mini-houses and caravans will cost 1–2


mega. How can you ensure you don’t lose anything, if possible?

1. If you have weapons in your house, simply remove them before restarting (to keep them, you must enable ‘save position after disconnect’ in /help > settings)
. 2. When selling your house and withdrawing money from it, be careful not to withdraw money at 00:00 in-game time, as this is when direct debits are processed and you could lose your house.
3. Sell your house to the town for the highest possible price it will allow.
4. If you wish to buy the same house, simply have the required amount of money ready (house prices are listed above) and your position at the house saved (/help > settings). Once you’ve connected to the server, you’ll appear next to the house and can buy it straight away.
