Server Information
Hello,
there are many houses on the server that players have bought but do not intend to use. The same applies to vehicles.
That is why I want to introduce this change.
It will come into effect on 10 May 2016 at 23:59
Anyone who owns more houses than they are allowed to have (i.e. more than 5, or more than 1 without a HOUSE UPGRADE) will have their houses released to the city, and the player will receive the default price for that house. They will only retain the house(s) with the lowest ID.
Anyone who owns more properties than they are allowed to have (i.e. more than 3 or more than 1 and does not have enough PSLOTS) will have their properties released to the city, and the player will receive the default price for that property. They will retain only the property or properties with the lowest ID.
Any player who has more vehicles than they are allowed to have (i.e. more than 8, or more than 4 without the GARAGE UPGRADE, or more than 2 without either PREMIUM CLASSIC or the GARAGE UPGRADE) will lose their vehicles. The vehicles will be deleted and the player will receive the default value of the vehicles. Vehicles with the lowest ID will always be retained. (Vehicles in slots 0 and 1 will always remain, regardless of whether the player has a hotel or a house).
If a player’s Premium subscription expires, they have one last chance to purchase it using credits the moment they log in to the server, but before they click on ‘SPAWN’. (Last chance).

Nemovitosti jsou na to aby člověku vydělávali a ne aby je hned prodával, když si v reálu koupíš obchod prodáš ho za týden ??? asi těžko..
SweaR_e ale tohle oni nedokážou pochopit protože nikdy takovej majetek neměli..
Novači došli zarobili velke love lebo ich nemali kam dat tak dame navrh.
Keby neboli odmeny ake si tam nadrbal tak tu neni takto primitivni navrh.
No tvl to mám z Vás zase dost, když je možnost nakoupit neomezeně domů a aut, tak jakýpak můžeme sami. Ta novinka byla zavedená právě proto, aby hráči mohli mít domů kolik chtěj. Ale pak když je mají, tak je taky problém..
1. buď nechat na tuto změnu minimálně měsíc čas
2. jak už jsem předtím psal do 10 vozidel a 5 domů by mohl vlastnit bez prémia bez ztráty a více ať jim klidně mizne
Dále přidám připomínku, ti co s tím plnohodnotně souhlasí... se nediv, když nic nevlastní - nebudou poškozeni, ale ostatní jo a proto s tím budou souhlasit.
Musel jsem prodat né málo věcí abych se vešel do limitu takže tím to fakt není.
Já měl namysli hlavně domy. Nemovitosti budou stejně žádané jako předtím a vozidla v rámci možnosti taky nebo klesne cena jen trochu. Ale obrovský pokles nastane u domů. Prakticky nejsou nijak prospěšné a jestli si budou muset degradovat počet, tak prostě budou na tom hráči ztrátní, protože taky o ně nebude takový zájem. A samozřejmě co vlastní 20 domů můžou díky této brutální změně přijít až o pul miliardy jen kvůli tomuhle výmyslu
90% premia a kreditov som kupoval za realne peniaze ale tomu je koniec.tych par kreditov na Vip na tie dni ked budem na sp,si kupim za herne $ a garaz uz nemienim obnovovat.
par domov co mam som chcel dat do sutaze pri 3k hodinach.proste tato novinka (ako aj par poslednych) mi server fakt znechucuje a uz cloveku fakt ostane len robit job aby sa zabavil mimo adm akcii.
