It’s finally here! The long-awaited reform will take place on 1 August 2016!
The reform will follow a similar pattern to that of four years ago.


All prices and rewards on the server will be reduced (by approximately 10%), and the reward per level will be set at $25,000. All money will be removed from gangs, companies, houses, properties, etc.
Money in the bank will be set for each player according to their accumulated hours (i.e. one hour × $25,000). Any money a player has in their possession or on their payslip will also be removed.
Marijuana will be set according to the number of hours played (one gram per hour).
Security guards in all properties will be set to 336 hours (14 days).
Rent collection in all houses will be set to 336 hours (14 days).
All stored weapons will be completely deleted (from houses, businesses, gangs and save slots).
Everything not mentioned above will remain.

So the following will remain:
-Premium, credits
-Houses
-Businesses
-Gangs
-Property
-Cars
-Job
points

There are several reasons for this change:
-The 32-bit limit, which is 2,147,483,647. Because of this, multi-accounts are starting to proliferate on the server.
-To support the economy and trade between players.

Update:
The following items will be added:
-The secondary chat, which will display warps, connect and disconnect commands,
will be reinstated
-TOP points for professions will be reinstated
-Titles in chat will be fixed
-The total number of levels will be 430
-Each profession will have 10 ranks
-Joining combat in a territory will be done via a command. Upon joining, banned weapons will be removed and vehicles cannot be used in combat
-Pizzar will be able to drive multiple types of vehicles, but the vehicle must be red and yellow in colour
-The Coastguard will have new missions to rescue people from drowning
-Paramedics will have new missions involving responding to road accidents and rescuing people from inaccessible locations by helicopter -New animations
will be added
- A ‘Derby’ event will be added (jumping off rooftops; can be set up in a stadium). This event can also be played as a ‘Gang Derby’.
- New houses will be added
- A harbour for boats will be added below and above the dam in the desert <- this will not be implemented
-Invites to gang events (gang privileges) will be categorised by event type (GR, TDM, Warzone, Derby)
-The option to select the number of minutes (1–15) in Deathmatch has been added
-The Los Santos Security Service job card has been moved to a more accessible location.
-A daily rent system will be introduced for houses. A limit of 14 and 30 days will be set for purchasing rent.
-Security for properties will no longer be purchased by the hour, but by the day. The maximum duration for which security can be purchased is 14 and 30 days.
