As part of server optimisation, your account may be deleted after 30 days of inactivity. However, this only occurs if at least 5 per cent of the total number of registered accounts on the server are inactive in this way. (Only accounts that have played for a certain minimum number of hours are included in the calculation.) Therefore, if players as a whole are active, accounts are not deleted on a regular basis. Technically, therefore, a situation may arise where an inactive account is not deleted immediately after 30 days of inactivity. However, you cannot rely on this, so we recommend keeping your account active. Deletion is always initiated manually, so your account cannot be deleted before 30 days of inactivity have elapsed. However, assets stored in inactive accounts will automatically begin to be deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
