Hello to all the players on the Superpařba server.

Over the past few days, a decision has been made as to whether or not there would be an amnesty. As you’ll probably have gathered from this news, it has been decided that there WILL be an amnesty! However, this amnesty will not be universal; only selected players will be given another chance to play, without having to submit a request for UB. You’ll find these players listed below. Others who are currently on the ban list will remain there, and there’s no chance of their punishment being reconsidered – they won’t be granted amnesty! However, six months after receiving a permanent ban, they may apply for an UB in the relevant section. It is certainly not the case that they will be treated differently or that they will be granted an UB under any circumstances – don’t worry.

I hope and believe that these players have learnt their lesson and will behave appropriately on the server, without breaking the rules, and that they will make the most of this opportunity.

A few rules will apply to players granted amnesty, namely:

● Once unbanned, you are not entitled to have your game statistics restored, not even with an /info screenshot. You start playing from the beginning again! If anyone still has a game account with their game statistics intact, please report this immediately to one of the server’s main administrators. If you are unable to log in to your account, please contact the server’s main administrator.
● Those granted amnesty are subject to a probationary period of 3 months.
● During the probationary period, you are not permitted to change your in-game nickname (you must play using the nickname under which you were permanently banned [see the relevant entry on the ban list]).
● During the probationary period, breaches of the rules are assessed more strictly and you may be returned to the ban list at any time.
● During the probationary period, you are prohibited from using multiple accounts (this also applies to multiple accounts within a gang).
● There will be no re-vote following the probationary period.
● Once the probationary period has ended, i.e. after 22 January 2022, you may have a multi-account or change your nickname.
● If your behaviour during the probationary period is inappropriate but does not warrant a permanent ban, your probationary period may be extended. You will be informed of this by the server’s chief administrator.
