Hi, I’m sure you’ve all noticed that the website was down… I’d like to apologise for the unexpected downtime.

We apologise for the delay, but there was an error in the script which was disconnecting us from the database.

The website will be taken offline once more this month, so I’m letting you know in advance.

We didn’t add much whilst the site was down. Just two things, but I’d say they’re worth it.

1. The form for complaints and UnBan requests has been redesigned. It now checks whether you’ve filled in the required details, which are marked with a red asterisk. If you’ve left any out, the system will let you know.

There’s also a filter, but I won’t go into detail about that here, as you’d work out how to get round it and the whole system would lose its purpose. 

It has also been graphically revamped and spread out a bit so that everything isn’t crammed together.

2. The long-awaited profile system.

The script works on the principle that, on this page, you enter your profile link into the ‘field’. You’ll also find the link in the right-hand info panel, below the links to log out and edit your profile. It will then add you to the database, which is subsequently used.

After that, in the forum, beneath the information such as the number of posts written and the registration date, there will be a link to your profile.

I should point out that the system can sometimes make mistakes, as not all its bugs have been ironed out; therefore, if anyone posts inappropriate links there, they will be penalised with a suspension lasting between 1 and 14 days. If a link is offensive, a moderator may also impose a permanent ban, but this is reserved for serious cases.

I expect the system to have a few bugs, so please report any issues in the forum. It’s best to use [hide][/hide].

Everything is logged by the site’s main administrators! Who posted what, from which IP address, and what link they posted!
