The SuperPařba Christmas party kicks off on 23 December 2013 at 5.00 pm!

Just like every year, this one will be no exception – there’ll be loads of amazing activities, culminating in a prize-giving.

Unlike the last Christmas party, there won’t be 200 people at the event at any one time. However, there will be several activities taking place simultaneously. The activities will alternate so that everyone gets to try each one at least once.

You can teleport to the event at any time during the Christmas party (even when no administrator is hosting it) according to this schedule:

17:00 – Kick-off on the snow-covered Christmas map. You’ll be ported in front of a snow-covered landscape and will have to walk up the hill to where the map itself is located. You can buy a Christmas hat at the stall, get drunk, or even take a hot-air balloon ride. (/port 0)

17:10 – Cross-country derby (Essentially, it’s a race where you collect checkpoints, but everyone can choose any route they like. All routes cross each other, creating a derby) (/port 1)

:30 – FallOut. The map consists of 100 moving panels travelling at different speeds along the same track; the aim is to get from one end to the other (/port 2)

18:00 – Tunnel across SA. A glass tunnel spanning the whole of San Andreas. It’s not so much about winning the race as it is about finishing it (/port 3)

:30 – Team Deathmatch “City”. A map of houses in the desert; you can enter every house. The aim of the game is to capture all the flags from the opposing team (you capture a flag by walking over the enemy’s flag, at which point it becomes your team’s). (/jointeam)

:00 – End of the Christmas party on the Christmas map and gift-giving. Gifts will be hidden in the snow-covered landscape and you’ll have to search for them (/port 0)

There will also be two maps freely available where you can let off steam whilst you wait for a spot to become free at the event

Island – a classic island map that has been part of RZE since version 5. Weapons scattered about, headless kills (/port 4)

BigTunel – another legendary map; the aim is to drive your vehicle to the end of the tunnel. (/port 5)
There’ll also
be an MTA-style race event. Here, you’ll be driving an Infernus through maps designed precisely to exploit this vehicle’s top speed. However, joining will be tricky here, as the map is set up for a single player to start, so you’ll need to port into the map at intervals.

* All ports have specific limits. The limits vary, but in principle they work by counting how many players are within a certain radius of the port. So if, after using the /port command, you see the message “Port is already full”, don’t worry – just try again in a few minutes, or in the meantime port to a different map and join the action in the next round.

** If you experience the unpleasant situation where your game is running slowly (you try to look around with the mouse or move your character, but the game doesn’t respond for several seconds). Then enable the frame limiter (ESC – Settings – Display – Advanced – Frame Limiter – On). Although your frames per second will be limited, you’ll quickly get used to it, and the game will run as it should.
