Work is underway to get the server up and running. Official support statement:

“I have carried out an initial analysis of your server and it is not possible to boot the server due to an inability to connect to or locate the volume group within LVM. This is most likely due to an error in GRUB, or possibly simply a naming issue within LVM.”
