A few users suggested improving the outlines – so that they are automatically inserted into the thread – but I’ve come up with something better.

You can submit an UnBan request or a complaint about an administrator on this page. You’ll also find the link in the menu.

It works by filling in a form, which automatically creates a thread in the forum. 

Everything is logged by the webmasters. If you submit an inappropriate complaint, you will be penalised immediately in accordance with the penalty schedule.

This is currently only a beta version, so there may still be some bugs. If you come across any, please report them to us in the relevant section – ‘Discussions about the website’.

All previous requests/complaints have been archived and will remain accessible for 7 days. After that, they will be hidden from everyone except administrators.

If you’re awaiting a final decision on your complaint, please check it as soon as possible!

new premium benefits have been added:

/skiplevel – skip the level you’re currently playing (can be used at any time) (limited number of uses – one SMS per skip).
/skipprison – you’ll be released from prison (can be used at any time) (limited number of uses – one SMS per release).
You can own up to three properties at the same time.
You can hire security guards after two to three hours.
For each PSLOT, a 10% discount on bodyguards.
You can own up to three houses at a time.
No utility bills to pay whilst you’re online.
You can deposit 33% more money into your house.
When using both PSLOTs, you can deposit 50% more money into your house
