Bugs fixed

Fixed the timer display in Deathmatch.

Fixed the amount of HP restored at food stalls.

Fixed the unlocking of vehicles after the player who locked them has disconnected.
Fixed the awarding of bounties for assassinations.
Fixed the deactivation of VWs in the bank area.
Fixed the addition of admin notes to suspects.
Fixed the purchase of items from stalls.
Fixed the cannabis auction.
The NPC from Global Ammo Nation is automatically disabled when you click the ‘i’ icon.
Fixed the security zone.
Fixed a freeze caused by defrosting when a vehicle is stopped by a police officer. Mechanics cannot repair cars
during a race.
Fixed /spec from prison.
Fixed the indicator for completed points in the levelling system.
Fixed gang disruption.
Fixed the deletion of all members upon server restart.
Fixed stat resets in DM.
Fixed the sale of houses when the bank is full.
As a prisoner, you cannot start a mission.
Fixed spawn point settings near the hotel.
Fixed connection to the pit. Weapons can only be
selected from your gang headquarters.
Fixed escaping from prison.
Fixed the notification upon completing the mission at the pizzeria.
Fixed grammatical errors.

New features:
Property can be purchased with a minimum of 100 hours logged. The Sandking can now also be hired
from car dealerships.
Statistics for won events, lotteries and horse races have been added to /info. Security measures have been
added; you can perform an action on a player once every two minutes (whilst at work).
Upon completion of an event, you will receive your set nickname colour.
Added the commands /racelocation and /ganglocation. Warehouses have been
removed and replaced with battles for gang territory.
If a police officer kills an innocent person, they will be sacked.
New prison system. Added /zavod driftls.
As a prisoner, you cannot take up employment anywhere.
Building stalls in the prison cell area is now prohibited. SP radio has been
added. You cannot report players who have not spawned via /report. It has been made easier for
admins to issue offline timebans. You cannot report a player who is connected to a race whilst in godmode.
Weapons cannot be sent to players in DM. When player highlighting is enabled,
soldiers will also see players on the WL. The auction
now distributes amounts in three places from the back.
