This will free up a significant number of houses for sale. The exact date of implementation is not known. As a rough guide, it will be this week or next. House prices will be calculated using a new formula, whereby, in addition to the interior, the location of the house will also be a factor in determining its price. (House prices outside the capital will be significantly reduced).

With this mass reduction in house prices, you are permitted to purchase multiple houses at the same time (even if it’s for the purpose of reselling them to another player at a higher price. It’s simply an opportunity for people to make some money :) ). First come, first served :D
