On Friday (1 April 2011) in the early hours of the morning, houses will be added to the server (there will be 335 in total)

Everyone’s houses will be removed and all house scores will be reset to zero.

1) Anyone with more than $300,000,000 (in the bank, in hand, etc.) will have this amount removed and their balance set to approximately $250,000,000 (in the bank).

2) Anyone with more than $900,000,000 will be subject to point 1, and will be allocated a house with an initial balance of $300,000 (to allow time to transfer money from the cash machine to the house). The house withdrawal limit will be set at $30,000 every 24 minutes (payout at 100 ZK).

There are only 335 houses, so if they are all taken and the 336th player logs in with more than $900,000,000

, the house will not receive any money.

We have introduced this measure due to a long-standing error in the monetary system. Previously, there was a company on the server that operated as a money-making machine, much like investing in property.

It is not possible to earn more than $250,000,000 through work, so I will not accept complaints along the lines of “I earned this myself”.

This withdrawal will increase the value of the dollar.

What does this mean? 

It means that if you used to buy 100 grams of weed for $500,000,000, it is now worth less (around $100,000,000). This also means that pay packets and the like are worth more.

Another reason we’re introducing this is that the server runs more efficiently with smaller values. And when half the server has billions, it’s not ideal for the server.

I recommend that if you have less than $500,000,000, you really go for it;

but if you have more, save up to $900,000,000 so you can get a house.
