Hello, the server experienced availability issues this week. One cause was a DDoS attack, where there was a problem with the security measures, and the hosting provider had to resolve it with the manufacturer. Another cause was a server crash; we’ve resolved the root cause and everything should now be running without any major issues.
Well, it’s just technology, and every now and then a problem can crop up – and sometimes they can all seem to happen at once.
As compensation for the inconvenience caused, we’ve prepared a 100% bonus for you over the Easter break (2–5 April). So anyone who logs in during this period will receive a 100% bonus. Please note that you may lose this bonus if you remain inactive on the server for an extended period!
