On the website, whether in the forum, the shoutbox or even in private messages, links have been appearing more and more frequently recently, asking you to download new textures, car models or similar enhancements for GTA, or for your computer, or to fill in a form or register for an unknown project.

We ask that you do not download or open any such files or links. Most of them contain viruses and files that can completely wreck your computer, steal your passwords, and so on. If in doubt, we recommend contacting the forum moderators or the website administrators to have the user checked. Therefore, under no circumstances should you download any suspicious files!!!

How can I usually tell if a file is infected?

[ ! ] The player who posted the link on the forum has 50 or fewer posts.

[ ! ] The player who posted the link on the forum registered their account four days ago or less.

[ ! ] The player who posted the link on the forum has a vulgar or nonsensical username.

[ ! ] The player who posted the link on the forum usually doesn’t bother much with a description of the so-called ‘enhancement’, and their Czech is usually as poor as can be.

[ ! ] The link usually directs you to Ulozto or similar sites, where uploaded content is very rarely checked.
